Reclaiming herself, one breath at a time.

Ember in Bloom Foundation provides healing and empowerment through yoga, meditation, and wellness programs to women survivors of trauma and domestic violence and their advocates.

About Us

Dedicated to healing and empowerment

Purpose

At Ember in Bloom Foundation, our purpose is to hold space both for women who have survived domestic and/or sexual abuse, as well as for the compassionate professionals who walk beside them. Through the healing practices of yoga, meditation, and other holistic services, we support each woman on her journey toward finding wholeness.

The name Ember in Bloom reflects our belief that within every survivor is a quiet ember, a spark of strength and resilience that is ready to bloom again through movement, breath, and stillness. We believe in the quiet power of healing, and in reclaiming herself, one breath at a time.

Mission

Ember in Bloom Foundation provides free, trauma-informed yoga, meditation, and breathwork, along with other holistic wellness services to women who are survivors of domestic and sexual abuse.

We also offer these healing practices to the professionals who support survivors, including shelter staff, advocates, therapists, and first responders regardless of gender.

By offering our services directly in communities and workplaces, we create safe, accessible spaces where women and their supporters can reconnect with their bodies through movement, discover peace in moments of stillness, and regulate their nervous systems one breath at a time.

Ember in Bloom Collective

The for-profit branch offering community yoga and wellness experiences, with a portion of every class and product sale directly funding the Foundation.

Founder's Story

Ember in Bloom Foundation was founded in 2025 after I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training. One evening, while rocking my daughter, I found myself reflecting on how I wanted this next chapter of my life to look, and how I could share what had supported my own healing.

Having persevered abusive relationships, I know how deeply trauma can live in the body and mind. For years, I existed in a constant state of fight or flight. Through yoga, meditation, breathwork, and sound healing, I began to feel grounded again, reclaimed a sense of safety, and reconnected with myself.

What once felt like a small ember slowly began to grow. I rediscovered my strength, my self-respect, and my voice.
